Two years ago, I bought my computer and dealt with Samuel. He did not "sell" me anything, but asked me what I wanted to use my computer for and offered suggestions.
I just had some problems and took my computer in and Dan told me what my problem was.
Two days later my computer was ready and all of my stuff was saved.
What really makes me like the service is that I think they are honest and when it comes to some thing, I need someone who can give me advice that I can trust.
Nobody in the store ever talked down to me. I was the one who suggested that I had an "I.D. ten T" problem.
Oh, yeah. The prices seem reasonable, also.
